Our policies for digital product purchases.
All Sage Nurse Tools™products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because files are available immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download. This policy applies to purchases made through sagenursetools.com and Shopify.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, such as a corrupted file, missing files, or trouble accessing your download link, please contact us at info@sagenursetools.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your files.
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us at info@sagenursetools.com within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will review the order and do our best to help.

Purchases made through Shopify are also subject to the return and refund policies of that platform. In all cases, our digital download, no-refund policy applies.
