Everything you need to know about our products, printing, and licensing.
General
All files are delivered as PDFs. They'll open in any standard PDF viewer on your computer, tablet, or phone.
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own personal clinical use. Crisp on laser and inkjet alike.
Yes. All color options are designed to print cleanly in grayscale as well as color. You won't lose any detail or readability printing on a black and white printer.
Your patient's status changes throughout a shift and across shifts. An erasable pen lets you update the same sheet without crossing things out or starting over. FriXion by Pilot is a popular choice among nurses, but there are many other erasable pen options available online. Try a few and see which one you like best. These sheets work best with erasable pens, but any pen will do.
Brain Sheets & Shift Organizers
US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches). Designed to fold and tuck into your pocket or clip to a foldable clipboard.
Detailed has the most structure with prompts throughout every section. Simplified offers guided structure with more open space to write. Minimalist gives you anchor points and maximum room. All three share the same clinical content and logical flow. Find the one that fits your flow.
Every brain sheet and shift organizer comes in Gray and Blue. Both versions print cleanly in color or grayscale. Pick the one you prefer, or try both.
Yes. The Telemetry collection uses a head-to-toe body systems format that's built for step-down acuity. If you're monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing four to five patients, these sheets were designed for your flow.
The Medical collection covers three specialties: Medical, Surgical Ortho, and Medical Oncology. Each has its own brain sheet with specialty-specific fields tailored to that unit's documentation needs. All three share the same underlying structure and come in Detailed, Simplified, and Minimalist versions with Gray and Blue color options.
We're actively developing collections for ICU, CCU, ED, and other specialties, and we're hoping to have them available soon. The best way to be notified when new collections launch is to join our mailing list at the bottom of this page. You can also email us at info@sagenursetools.com with specific requests. We're always looking to develop new products and your input helps shape what gets built next.
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. Lisa started her clinical career as a CNA and had her own sheet she used on the floor. A CNA-specific version is something we plan to build. Join our mailing list at the bottom of this page to be the first to know, or email info@sagenursetools.com.
Each purchase includes a single-user license for one individual. If a coworker wants a copy, please send them the link to purchase their own. Every purchase supports a nurse who built these tools on her days off so you wouldn't have to. For unit or institutional licensing, contact licensing@sagenursetools.com.
Your files are available immediately after purchase as a digital download. Check your email for your download link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Questions? Email info@sagenursetools.com.
Because all products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact info@sagenursetools.com and we'll make it right.
Please email corrections@sagenursetools.com. Clinical accuracy matters and every correction is taken seriously.
